Operating Options
The Hydraulic Box and Pan Folders have three operating options
Option 1: The standard model offers quick action angle setting via a calibrated dial located on the side of the machine. The backstop is a simple push/pull backgauge.
Option 2: The Model “S” is designed to control a 4 ram folder i.e. the up and down of the folding beam (2 ram) + the clamp and release of the clamping beam (2 ram). The backstop is a simple push/pull backgauge.
Option 3: The Model “D” is combing the folding features of the Model “S” with the integration of a programmable AC Servo driven backstop on ball screws and THK – Guides.

Model “S” NC Control Features;
- NC controlled Angle setting - The NC Control allows the operator to program the required angle
- Reducing set-up time and minimizing the human error element. Programs can be stored for future usage.
Model “D” NC Control Features;
- NC controlled Angle and Backstop setting - The NC System allows the operator to program the required angle and backstop.
- Reducing set-up time and minimizing the human error element. Programs can be stored for future usage.
- Backstop is AC Servo driven on ball-screws and THK guides.
